A Barn owl watching the world go by. I love everything about this photograph. The colors, the details in the owls feathers, the composition, the subject... Great stuff. Great shot, I love the depth of field. Colors and detail are brilliant. Great composure and use of negative space on the left. Loving it!

I saw this amazing moth just sitting on my front porch today. I did some research and found that the adult moths do not eat or drink. Their main purpose in life is to mate. What a life. What a beautiful creature! It took me by surprise by its size. It is huge! It was very calm and didn't mind me moving it over to the mulch to get a better shot. You were lucky to get that shot!

Oh my, what a beautiful little bird. I have a soft spot for robins, be they European or American. This is an amazing photo! You could send it to National Geographic! Very nice details in this shot. I love the robin... it has been some time since I ever seen a close-up look of one.

Given the popularity of my llamas, I'll probably upload a few more shots. The "hazy" background is a little distracting, but I love the pose. This particular llama was just lounging around and hogging the spotlight. For those wondering where the picture was taken: Machu Picchu ruins in Peru. Visited last year over spring break. I love it!
